FAQ
How long until I see my images? And when will my Gallery be delivered?
I guarantee a 6 week turnaround time, however that is just in case something comes up like a family emergency. I generally deliver pictures within one to two weeks after your session date. I go through and edit each photo individually. It is time consuming, but it is one of my favorite parts of working on your session because I get to bring my artistry to the editing process! I love working on every single photo I deliver to you! There are times I may send out your image to a third party for additional processing, but typically I have images back within the six week timeframe.
Do I get to keep all the images from my Session?
No. Some are duplicates or test shots and you don't want those. I go through all the photos taken and keep as many as possible. I remove blurry shots or the ones with blinked eyes.
What is a retainer/session fee and what happens if I have to cancel my shoot?
A retainer/session fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your shoot date and current pricing. Upon booking, a retainer/session fee will be taken to hold your appointment, however, in the unfortunate circumstance you need to cancel your shoot, your session fee will be non-refundable. If weather is preventing us from keeping our scheduled session, your session fee will be forwarded to the new scheduled time.

Do I own the Copyright to my images?
As the photographer I retain the copyright. BUT, you get the rights to print and share your digital files as much as you like. A print release will be provided to you. Should you choose to publish your photos online, I do ask for photo credit. A simple shout out to Gracen Fae Photography is greatly appreciated!
Can I request a custom package?
Absolutely! If none of my packages seem to fit what you're looking for, or if you're looking for a different type of photography service than those listed, I can still likely accommodate you! Send me an email!
Can you recommend locations for my photoshoot?
Yes! If you give me an idea of what scenery you're looking for, I can recommend several suitable locations. You can view my Instagram page to see some of my favorite locations where I have done photoshoots in and around Littleton, Colorado.
Can you help with wardrobe selection?
Absolutely! I love helping you feel comfortable and confident for your shoot. I typically schedule one to two photoshoot consults (your choice of a phone call or a Zoom or video call) to get to know you better, walk you through what you can expect the day of your shoot and provide you with guidance on wardrobe selection. Our final consult is typically scheduled a few days prior to your shoot to go over any last minute questions and to finalize your wardrobe.
Do you do photoshoots outside of Littleton, Colorado or travel?
I prefer to keep my shoots to a 25 mile radius of Littleton, Colorado and I currently don't travel outside of Colorado for shoots. However, if you live in the Denver Metro area and are interested in working with me, I would be happy to talk further with you. Send me a message.
Do you photograph other events outside of Motherhood, Families and Lifestyle Portraits?
